I have been reading about the weather in October. The expectation is that if one travels in October expect some days with rain. Is this true? Also if one has a raincoat and pocket umbrella, one can still be a tourist, correct?
According to Mr. Rick's calculations, one can expect nine days of rain in Lisbon during October. My mid October week in Lisbon (2019) had one day of light mist. Like almost every European city, rain enhances beauty.
The latter half of October can start seeing some rain. It’s never an all day affair, though. It’d a great time to come to Portugal, IMO.
With climate change "October is the new September."
