Weather in Lisbon and Porto

We will be in Portugal from Feb. 13-23 near the sea in Braga. Even though the weather looks mild to warm, I am assuming we will not be able to swim there so not planning to bring swimsuits. Am I right?

You are correct! Since it’s the Atlantic, it never gets really warm. But, in February, no way!

Last time I was in Portugal it was in May and stopping by the Atlantic, it was a bit chilly. February would be too cold.
