Are there WC's on Portuguese trains?

I do not know about all Portuguese trains but I was looking at going from Lisbon to Lagos, Portugal by rail and the trains hd a WC.

Depends on the line:
Urban lines don't have WC ( Lisbon -Cascais, Lisbon- Sintra)
AP and Intercidades have WC ( Lisbon - Porto, Lisbon - Faro)

The regional trains (not urban/commuter trains) also have WC's.
