My 17 year old and I will be spending Thanksgiving vacation in Portugal. We travel abroad each year over Thanksgiving and have made a tradition of taking a local cuisine cooking class each year on the holiday. My daughter is vegetarian and so far everywhere has been very accommodating, but I'm having trouble finding a place that can accommodate her diet in Lisbon (other than a private class; we would prefer to have a small group setting). I would love to know if anyone has had success finding a vegetarian-friendly class in Lisbon (other than dessert). Even the bread baking classes have meat! Many thanks.

That's a good question. We were looking for a vegetarian cooking class since we are all on a vegetarian diet. Most vegetarian options are pastel di nata classes. But we were luck to find Cozymeal in Lisbon. Many of their classes can also be also booked by people with a vegetarian diet.
