Uber from airport to Sintra

I have seen some posts about ubering from Lisbon to Sintra. Thinking of going to Sintra directly upon arrival from the states and while we love trains, I am thinking it might be nice to just Uber into Sintra as will be pretty beat at that point. Is that feasible and does anyone know the approximate cost?
Thanks!

Why not plan on the train but have Uber as an option? Take the Metro to Oriente station and plan on getting the direct train to Sintra from there. But when you arrive in the airport and get your phone connected, open the Uber app and see the cost to Sintra - and if it's cheaper than expected, take the Uber. If it's more expensive than expected, take the Metro and the train.

Uber or Bolt will be about €20 non surge pricing. That is for Uber X. If that does not meet your needs XL is almost double.

I did this when I visited Portugal in September. I wished that I had taken uber or a taxi instead. I had no trouble with the subway, but when I arrived at the Oriente station there were no signs indicating departing trains and platforms. I went to the ticket office to ask and they sent me to the customer service office (and there was no one there). Ultimately, after asking several random people I found a train. I don’t know if the lack of signage was a temporary problem. Once I got on the train, everything was fine.
