Uber/Bolt at Lisbon Airport

Dennis, I have read that it has changed. But, haven’t used it since, so can’t speak of it personally. I do know that since Easy Jet moved to Terminal 1, the old Kiss and Fly area where Uber used to come, is much more crowded for drop offs.

On the Travel Portugal Facebook group, people are reporting that Uber/Bolt pickups have indeed been moved to the Arrivals level.

Yes it is now on the Arrivals level.
Upon leaving Customs turn left.
Continue walking towards the P2 car park.
Turn left into the P2 car park.
Walk alongside the corridor.
Wait in the designated area (both Bolt and Uber).

Can anybody tell me where is the designated area for Bolt/Uber at the Porto airport upon arrival? Thanks.

My friend & I took an Uber a couple days ago from the airport into Lisbon, and it was a nightmare. People and cars everywhere, horns honking, etc. We waited for at least an hour, probably closer to 1.5 hours, between finding our driver & exiting the garage. I would highly suggest taking public transportation if you can, it will make your life a whole lot easier, unless you have a lot of luggage.

Were you aware of the pickup spot and still had a problem or did you arrive at the airport and try to hookup with your driver on the fly?
