My daughter and I are taking a river cruise that ends in Porto. She has just been invited to a wedding near Dresden Germany. The wedding is 10 days after we land in Porto. I am looking for travel tips ( countries to visit, travel routes, transportation, accommodation, etc). Any advice or suggestions would be helpful

TAP has direct flights from Lisbon to Berlin, so I would spend a few days in Lisbon, fly to Berlin and spend a few days there, then take a train to Dresden.

Berlin is good for a week, including day trips. Porto is remote, Lisbon a little less so. Best to get to the main part of Central Europe rather than hanging around Portugal.
The 2 Green Vaults in Dresden require advance booking. Leipzig, Weimar, Erfurt, or the Dessau-Worlitz Gartenreich could be possible visits.
