there are two of us ending a RS tour in Porto in September and are wanting to take the train from Porto to Faro. When looking at buying in advance I get redirected to Rail Ninja. I really don't want to buy through a third party. Any suggestions
You are trying to book tickets far too early, so look again in July on the cp.pt website, which is the train operator.
I wouldn’t recommend staying in Faro, as it is a bit functional, being a working city, not a tourist destination.
Hi
Depending on which train you choose from Porto to Faro takes between 6 and 8.5 hours, a flight takes about an hour for similar price.
Happy travels
