Where are you travelling from?

Are you flying to Spain from Portugal? If not, you aren’t just “passing the airport”.

A little bit more info. would help. What passport are you traveling on and where are you departing from? Are you talking about just transiting the airport in Lisbon as you catch connecting flights?

No one can help without more information.

What passport do you hold?
Where is your residence?
When are you traveling?
Exactly what is your itinerary? Starting from, all stops, final destination.
Are you traveling for pleasure, or for another reason?

Hi
Would be flying to faro 28 July from Manchester uk
Being picked up at airport by brother who lives in Spain
Staying in Spain for 4 nights then returning to faro airport to fly home.
So staying in Spain 4 days and only using Portugal airport to fly us home.
Wondering if will have to then self isolate as technically not holidayed in Portugal and will only be in Portugal approx 80 minutes in total

Thanks for the additional information. I am going to say that the best source of information for your particular situation is probably not this travel forum. I think you should check with your local health officials and see what they say.

I hope you have a lovely visit with your brother.

You are flying back from Portugal, so you have to quarantine for 14 days which means not leaving your house or garden, not even for daily exercise. It doesn’t matter that most of your time was spent in Spain - as far as the U.K. is concerned, you arrived and departed from a “high risk country”. As the government’s advice is not to travel to Portugal, this will invalidate any travel insurance that you have.
