Hello,
I am trying to buy tickets from Regua to Porto Sao Bento for Nov. 2nd, and the CP site displays "no search results" and unable to proceed with the purchase.
Not sure why this happening, it doesn't appear the site is down, as I was able to by my Porto to Lisbon train tickets without a problem.
Is there a secret for buying the Regua to porto tickets ??

My first reaction is that there is no train service between the two. If there is, you might try a week earlier or later to make sure that there isn't a service problem on the day you requested. Also use a mid-week date. Nov 2 is a Sat and sometimes rail service is restricted on the weekend because of scheduled maintenance.

There are several trains running this route. I just checked the cp.pt website and here are the train schedules for November 2nd.

Keep in mind that some trains only travel to Porto Campanha, where you will transfer to the Urbano train to Porto Sao Bento Station (free of charge)
If given a choice I’d probably choose a time that offers the direct InterRegional (IR) train from Regua to Porto Sao Bento.
However, if traveling light, it’s easy to transfer trains at the Campanha station, you just need to find the correct platform
for the Urbano train going to Sao Bento.
I believe the problem may be that you tried to purchase tickets online rather than just view the schedule online. Advance online ticket purchase is limited to certain trains -- I believe it is limited to the high speed ones and excludes the ones designated as "regional." I learned this when I encountered a similar problem for other routes.
