Train tickets

I have a CP app, but I’m having a problem when I enter my ticket selection and then go to enter my traveler ID as my passport it won’t take it and it doesn’t say anything. It just doesn’t respond. I have tried putting it in with the alpha first, and with without the alpha And it does not take. I have added my husband as a second traveler, checked passport put in the number and the same thing it will not accept anything. I have tried it on different trips that we wanna take from Porto to Lisbon Porto to Coimbra and I get nothing. What is the trick on the app? There is no place on there for contact or support.

I've had issues with both the app and the website, opted to buy the tickets in person at the train station.

These are the most common issue I found:
Online tickets can only be purchased for inter city trains, local commuter train tickets aren't available online.
Tickets can only be purchased a maximum of 60 days before departure.
Postal code must be Portuguese, 7 numbers,
ex: 1234-567.
Passport numbers only, no letters.
