My husband and I will fly into Lisbon late this month and plan to take the train out to Sintra for a quick overnight before returning to Lisbon to join a Rick Steves tour. What is the best train station to use and what is the best way to get to that train station from LIS? The local busses look like they have many stops between the airport and Rossio or Oriente stations…….. not sure we want to do that after flying all night!

Take an Uber or Bolt from the airport to Rossio station. That’s the only station that goes to Sintra.

It takes about an hour so you can decide if you want to do it or not.
