Three Friends in Porto and Lisbon

Does anyone have any hotel suggestions for three male friends (middle aged) in Porto and Lisbon? We want separate beds, but anything from three rooms to a triple could work. In search the usual travel sites, I don't see any indication if twin beds are available.

Nothing specific, but my experience is that if you need anything other than a single bed (well usually a triple has at least two beds) then best to contact the hotel directly with what you need. Older places at least, seem to have a variety of options, just a matter that they know you need that room and hold it for you. Some places can also add in a portable bed to get three beds.

Booking.com usually shows the bed configuration(s) available. You could use that website to do some initial screening even if you prefer to book directly on the hotel's website. I find the booking.com reviews useful.

On Booking.com you can specify 3 persons and see what is available.

Kayak.com is a more comprehensive search vehicle than just Booking.com, since it includes that site as well as many others.

Use TripAdvisor as well and their feature that has a map of the city with the hotels, restaurants and things to do on the map. Hotels are indicated and when you hold your cursor over that hotel the name and cost show up.
