Could anyone please tell me if the H10 Duque de Loule hotel is located in the Alfama district of Lisbon. I have tried to find out, but no luck.

I believe it's in the Santo António district, a district that I'm not as familiar with. Marquis of Pombal Square is the closest Metro (subway) stop (blue line).
Look into buying a Viva Viagem card (zapping) which is a cheap way to get around, and would be a good idea since you will be a bit further away from some sites, but only a few minutes away via metro.
