Temps in Portugal Late February

We will be traveling to Portugal in Feb 2024.
Daytime highs 60-65 deg F
Possible rain is OK

Question?
Will the Algarve be a bit warmer.

We will only be there for 8 days so we are thinking:
Algarve 2 days
Sintra and Cascias 2 days

Lisbon 4 days
1 or 2 days to travel to the north for a day trip

You are trying to cover too many areas for such a short time. The Algarve might be a bit warmer but I wouldn’t go that far for two days. The Lisbon area plus Coimbra and Evora will easily fill those days.

We were in the Algarve for our extended winter trip, it was a little bit warmer ( very pleasant for walking - never overheated) and almost no rain compared to the north with colder temperatures and torrential rain that caused flooding in some areas.
However the ocean in the Algarve was too cold to swim .

Everybody has a their own travel style but agree with Kathrynj that you have a busy itinerary, you may want to reconsider it so that you can enjoy your sightseeing and don't need a vacation from your vacation.
