Based on a Rick Steves guide book recommendation I signed up for a food and wine tour with Taste Porto in Porto and I loved it! The guide Ricardo was terrific and so was the food. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for a real local food experience in Porto. Their website is www.tasteporto.com

Another nod for Taste Porto. We took the the tour several years with the RS Portugal tour. At the time it just included food & wine tasting at Mercado do Bolhão. Several years later the market was closed for a while and reopened in September 2022. Looking at their current website they have added additional sites. I have a friend who will be finishing the RS Tour next week. Anxious to hear about their tour. Glad you enjoyed!
