TAP air question

Still waiting for TAP air refund since March. Any info?

Doesn't it depend on the fare you purchased? Classic fare is eligible for refunds (minus an amount).

I recently got a notification from TAP asking me to either confirm I'd be on my November flight, or click that I want a voucher. Since I already spoke to someone who confirmed I am eligible for a refund, I ignored it. Still hoping for a significant flight change to get the whole amount. But I think I'll blink before they do, and request the refund.

Julie, just posted on the other similar thread - I claimed back from my credit card after reading many forums that suggested TAP only respond to legal action. There were people with non Covid related cancellations from a year ago who still hadn't received refunds. If Credit Card reclaim is an option for you I'd definitely go down that route.

Hi all, thanks for your responses. We had purchased the upgraded fare, but still no refund. We've tried calling recently, but couldn't get through. We'll keep trying.

Most people that have gotten a refund got it through a charge back on their credit cards. I have been waiting for TAP to refund my money for a canceled flight. I finally gave up and contacted my credit card company. I am waiting for them to process my request.
