Has anyone taken a walking tour of the street art in those two cities? Ideally, would do one in each, but if we have to cut back, which city has the better street art? I’ve seen a couple of tours on TripAdvisor that look good, but would appreciate any recommendations.

I did a street art walking tour in Porto in 2019. I thoroughly enjoyed it and got to see parts of the city I would have otherwise missed. The guide was a local musician who had designed the tour himself and know some of the artists. I have no idea if he still does tours. The tour was booked through AtWill bespoke tours in Porto. It lasted around 3 hours including a break at one of his favorite cafes.
