I have not used these guides. However, people in other forums called them out for good service in English:

You could also book a guided tour with each individual monument at Sintra.

I did a small group tour with lisbon riders, but it looks like they also offer private tours.

We did a private tour in Sintra and had a great experience with Yes, You Deserve. Our guide was Daniel Ponce, and what we appreciated most was how well paced and organized the day was. Nothing felt rushed, and we actually had time to understand the places instead of just moving between them.
If you’re looking for a private guide rather than a group setup, it worked very well for us and made Sintra much easier to enjoy.
