Senior travel help-Lisbon

We will be traveling with my very active 83 year old Dad to Lisbon in less than a month. When we have traveled internationally with him the past few years we set out to explore and when he is tired/done we grab him a cab or uber and he goes back to the hotel to rest while we keep walking. Just wondering if this is as easy to do in Lisbon as some other European cities? Many thanks in advance!

VERY easy. Taxis and uber are relatively inexpensive. We used uber a lot without problems.

Bolt is just like Uber and less expensive most of the time. It might be worth your time to download the free app. And, yes, it is very easy to use both.

One thing you might consider for early in the trip is a tuk-tuk tour around Lisbon, especially in the Alfama and Graça area. The hills are killers and it would give him a chance to see all of the area then decide where, if anywhere, to return.

Thank you both for taking the time to respond, you have put my mind at ease. I will also definitely be downloading the Bolt app. And we do already have a tuk tuk tour booked, greatly looking forward to it!
