Self guided, 15 day coastal Camino starting from Porto. Where to spend Easter?

Two ladies celebrating their 70th birthdays walking a portion of the costal Portuguese Camino. Not planning to get all the way to Santiago de Compostela. Though it looks as though Braga has a major Easter celebration, I think we would do better in a smaller town. Ideas? Thanks!! Louise
