We are going to visit 5 of the 9 islands in the Azores at the end of August. Can anyone recommend a reasonably affordable hotel in Sao Miguel? We will be there for a day before moving on to Pico. As some others have mentioned, there is little information regarding these islands. Would appreciate any hotel and places of interest info.
