Will be traveling in Northern Spain by rental car and wonder
if it is possible to drive into Portugal where we would eventually
return the car. How is the drive from Santiago de Compostela
to Porto?

Complicated question because it involves rigid policies of an unknown car rental company. We had planned to do this in reverse, but decided it was too far. Years later we trained to Santiago within Spain and flew home via Heathrow from there. But we hate changing terminals at Heathrow.

thnx. Sounds like it is possible to take train from
Santiago to Vigo and then train to Porto.
