does the spanish Correos also transfer bags in Portugal?
Or do we use a separate Portugese service?

Are you talking about when you are walking one of the Camino routes in Portugal? If so, I used "Top Santiago" last year and was very satisfied. All communication was in English. I was on both the coastal route and the central route.
