We will be driving in April from Porto airport to Amarante first, on the way to Peso da Regua. I am torn between taking the N-101 to Mesao Frio ( apparently a nice drive) or to go see Vila Real and the Casa Mateus Gardens instead. Any opinion on this one?TIA.
