I would like to reserve either a taxi or limo at the cruise port in Lisbon to take us to our hotel (Radisson Blu) in city center. My partner and I don’t want to stand in line waiting on a vehicle.
Our required date is November 6.
Is this possible?

This is the taxi company we used all over Portugal.
The phone booking agents speak English, also some of the drivers but not all.

The cruise terminal has it's own area for taxis and tour buses.
I would simply get an Uber or Bolt on arrival. I doubt you would wait more than 5 minutes and the ride itself will take about 15 minutes. I assume you are staying at the Radisson to be near the airport but keep in mind that the airport is only 10 or 15 minutes from the historical center itself.
