Licenses and Fees (LAF)
One way 67.65 Euro for rental
Premium Station Surcharge
Unlimited mileage
Can someone please explain what is meant by: Excess amount 2583.00 Euro?

Basic protection package Excess amount 2583.00 Euro
Pretty sure that means you are responsible for the first 2583 euro of damage to the rental car. Think of it like the 'deductible' on the collision coverage you probably have on your personal auto policy.
In addition to "Basic", Europcar offers "medium" and "premium" coverage. ' Medium' leaves you on the hook for a lesser amount and 'premium' is zero responsibility. These have progressively higher daily rates than 'basic'.
