10 day trip including day we arrive on the 8th in Lisbon at 5pm, and leave the 19th at 2pm. Thinking 3 nights Lisbon, 2 -3 nights Cascais, 1 night Evora, and then Lagos for 3 days. Would love any recs on cool (middle of the road cost) places for a family to stay, prefer no resorts, would love airbnb or cool hotel if a pool (unless that is crazy expensive). Also would love any thoughts on the itinerary? We've never been, want to ensure we hit the must sees and the kids have fun (12 and 17yrs). Thank you!!

For Evora, we stayed in a lovely pousada with a very nice pool. It was a total joy!
Pousada Convento de Evora.
We didn’t want to leave!
Walkable to all the sites.

For Cascais, you might want to look at the Hotel Baia. It’s right on the bay in the middle of town and is mid priced. It does have a pool but it’s on the roof and inside. But, the beach is right across the street.
