Kim, I loved Taverna Alfacinha which is very near Placa da Figueira. It is a very small place with maybe 8-9 tables where the service is excellent serving delicious traditional Portuguese food. The hostess at my Lisbon guesthouse recommended the place. My lunch of grilled bream with veggies was fantastic.
