Recommendations for guided tour companies out of Lisbon.

We were in Lisbon this past October. We loved our day trip to the Alentejo wine country. It was a private tour that took us to a winery, Monsaraz, a medieval hillside white village where we had a lovely local lunch and then onto Evora. We could have spent more time in Evora, but it was a good introduction. There were two highlights of our trip, visiting Monsaraz. It is a bit off the beaten path so there were few tourists. We had an amazing lunch overlooking the Valley. The food was rustic and filling. This family owned restaurant treated us as if we were guests in their home. The second highlight was meeting our tour guide Carlos. While the trip has a standard set of stops, Carlos accommodated our requests to personalize around certain wines and food. Carlos was very knowledgeable about the history and culture of the region. Most importantly, he was thoughtful and engaging. He provided recommendations for the rest of our visit in Lisbon, including tips to make the most of our self-guided tour of Pena Palace.

We're heading to Lisbon in September so I can't make a recommendation based on experience, but we're eyeing https://www.lisbonexplorer.com/ for some daytrips.
