Tried to buy tickets to St. George Castle in Lisbon today with my Chase Visa and would not go through. Has anyone had the same problem? I was at the official site from what I could tell. Thanks for any help.

We used a VISA. If you have a Master Card or AMEX or even a different Visa, you might try that.

I used my Chase Visa in March and had no problem buying the tickets on-line. I used the site Jules linked to.
The castle and the peacocks were a favorite of mine. I hope you're able to get tickets. If you're still having trouble on-line, you can buy a ticket at the office outside the castle. The ticket is good for 90 days. So, you can buy it when you have some free time to wait in line and then use it later.

Thanks for the info. I was on that site. Just tried to do again and I did not even get through putting my info in for the tickets (before credit card) and it kicked me out saying my session expired even though I hadn’t even been in more than 1 minute. I wonder if website acting up so will try again tomorrow. Glad to know I was on the official site.

Update- finally got tickets this AM. Website glitchy as it kicked me out a couple of times but finally got it to go through.

Great, glad you were able to finally get tickets. I went to the castle 3 times!!! I feel in love with the peacocks. :-)
