Hello, we have been to Portugal once before and now look forward to exploring northward in April 2025. We're hoping to spend a couple of nights in Nazare and then find a private guide/transfer to take us to Batalha and Fatima then droppiing us in Coimbra. I see many guided tours but none that include transfers. We are hoping to avoid renting a car there again so any help would be much appreciated!

There are few private transfer services. If you search this
forum, you may find few recommendations.
We have used and recommended to friends, Fernando Batista of PORTUGUESE CHAUFFEUR for transfer guide+private car driver service from Lisbon to Porto with stops at nazzarre, Fatima and Coimbra (among others)
We were happy with professionalism, flexibility and outstanding service.
Their Gmail and whatsapp contacts are listed on their website. They are based in Lisbon. .
If you want just transfer only without stops then uber is a possibility too.
