Post tour tour in Portugal

My wife and I are booked for a late October 2022 Rick Steves Best of Spain tour. Return flights to the US require a connection through another city (finishing in Seville). Most logically through Lisbon. I’d like to book another short tour (3-4 days) through another final, interesting location. I’d like to maximize the efficiency of our time by using a tour company. I’m hoping someone has a suggestion for a location/ tour company that can provide a culturally rich experience.

Cristina is a RS tour guide, leading many of the tours in Portugal. I have hired Pedro as our local guide in Lisbon - and I recommend him (and them) highly.

When you travel with the Heaven Bound Tours, you continually stay inside the most pleasant places, dine in several of the good restaurants and locate hidden gemstones at some point in the tour because the owner travels with you every step of the way. From stories and movies roughly in the vicinity you will see to nearby passing courses and iconic stops, you will by no means get bored.
