Hey all, I’m considering trying to do both countries in 2 weeks. Trying to determine the best way to connect the two. Anyone have any experience with the bus that runs from Faro to Seville?

Alsa plies the route (and maybe other companies). It takes about 3 hours and it is quite reliable (traffic is not much of an issue in those parts).
However, a 2-week itinerary that combines Spain and Portugal perhaps should not include the Algarve as a top priority? There are flights from Lisbon to Seville that can help you skip that area entirely. It depends what you are trying to do: Lisbon + Algarve + Andalucía can fit in 2 weeks, but if you want to see more of Spain than just Andalucía, then skip the Algarve.
