There are many good beaches in Portugal without having to drive all the way to the Algarve. In my experience, your drive times are way too optimistic, even taking the rather tedious toll motorways. Add at least a third to whatever Google Maps says.

Salema has been ruined by over development. Lagos is a better base, but for such a short visit in peak season, I would stay closer to Lisbon in places such as Comporta or the stunning Zambujeira do Mar.

If you stayed in Lagos, Salema and Faro are in opposite directions and it isn’t practical to cover both in one day. Faro is a working city and isn’t worth such a long drive IMO. Cape Sagres is a windswept place even in the height of summer and you will need a warm fleece or jacket. If it has to be Salema, the beaches at Zavial, Furnas and Figueira are nicer than Salema beach.

Evora can easily fill 1.5 days, but Porto also deserves a full day, so something will have to give.

Days 8-11 - all the places you mention are worthwhile. Nazare isn’t my favourite place on this coast, but it’s a good base. Caldas da Rainha is more traditional, but it’s slightly inland.

we did this, by car last September. 16 nights:
Arrive Lisbon, 3 nights (including day trip to Sintra). Picked up rental car on way out of ttown.
Drive to Lagos, 4 nights (day trips each day to Sagres, Silves and Salema)
Drive to Evora, 2 nights (with stop in Beja castle en route)
Drive to Nazare, 4 nights (with stop in Tomar enroute) Day trips to Alcobaca, and Obidos.
Drive to Porto, 3 nights (with stop at Conimbriga ruins.) Dropped card off as entering town.
Flew home from Porto.

If I had 14 nights, I'd cut a night each from Lagos and Nazare. Salema is very tiny and sleepy, we were happy we just had a short visit (and a fabulous meal) there. We opted to skip Coimbra.

We felt we saw an awful lot, but had lots of down time. Roads are in great condition and well signed. People are super helpful and friendly. You will have an amazing time!
