I am traveling to Spain next week for 10 days and will then take a bus from Seville to Faro, Portugal to pick up a rental car for my time in Portugal.
My required health form, for Spain (SpTH) is in process. Will I need separate health forms to enter Portugal? Does the Spain health QR code work in Portugal?
I don't believe there are any entry requirements to Portugal now. For the latest info I use the visitportugal.com website and the one for the US Embassy in Portugal.

Portugal has no entry requirements Re: Covid at this time. As of 1 September, they dropped the mask mandate on public transport. The only place a mask is required is in hospitals and some Farmacia’s may ask you to wear one.
