Has anyone had experience using TAP from the US? We had been considering using them for our trip to Portugal but many online reviews have not been positive. Biggest complaint seems to be that they are never on time.

TAP doesn't serve Seattle, so our office staff have never used them for trans-Atlantic flights. Is it a direct flight from your area or a connection? If it's direct, is being on time really important? In general, I recommend flying to the city you want to stay in, rather than planning a set connection by train or picking up a car at the airport.
