Porto with Balcony

I will be staying in Porto mid-August and am on the hunt for accomidations with a view - and a balcony to enjoy it from. I prefer to be near São bento station or south to the river. The only other must have is a small or full kitchenette.
If you have stayed in such a place please share! I find that many of the sites do not list balcony as searchable filter when booking.
