I have 3 full days to split between Porto and Sintra. Which town do you need more time to tour or give 2 full days to? I need to mention I will be going to the Douro Valley on a different day so Douro Valley doesn't need to be included in the 3 days.

I preferred Porto so I would return there and explore it more. I did not care for over touristed, mobbed Sintra.
Sintra can be done in one day IMO and Porto definitely needs 2 or more days.
Porto deserves two full days. Sintra can be done in a day.
