I understand that T#22 is closed due to construction. If this is true is the only alternative taxi/Uber? Going there on May 23.

We didn’t use public transportation other than a tram joyride in Porto, but Ubers there are really easy, cheap and for us, quick.

We were just in Porto and Lisbon for a couple of weeks. After reading in this forum about some for the issues using Uber, we decided to just us taxis. The cost was not much more than Uber and service was great.
