Porto to Coimbra with touring in between

Do you mean Lisbon and not Coimbra? The places that you mention aren’t between Porto and Coimbra, but further south.

We were moving our base from Lisbon to Coimbra so had our luggage with us. We hired a car and driver through DayTrip for a custom trip. Took us to Obidos, then Nazare and waited with the van and our luggage. Then on to Coimbra. There were four of us to share the cost.

There are six of us with luggage. We were hoping to find a company that would transfer us But also take us touring at the same time. Do you have the name of the company Susan?

I was also thinking the MyDayTrip company as previously mentioned. You might inquire with Lisbon Riders. They do tours starting from Lisbon. We did the Sintra Tour before our RS Tour. Highly recommend this company! https://lisbonriders.com/

It looks like the website is MyDayTrip.com. We used them for Lisbon to Coimbra with stops, and later Coimbra to Porto with a stop. We chose a van for the four of us and luggage. The “tour” component seems to be driver dependent. Our first guy went out of his way to show us the sights and recommended restaurants for lunch. The second guy was more of just a driver. But we’d still recommend the company.
