Porto -suggestions where to stay for 3 nights

We did a lot of searching - among Rick's choices and others - and came up with AS 1829. Out trip is next month so we haven't stayed there yet. It is a rather recent conversion from an old building into a small hotel (owned by a small European chain, I think) and looks promising. It is about 3 or 4 blocks from the Ribeira on a small square off rua das Flores. At least check it out on the hotel sites and their own site (which I don't think has English).

We rented an apartment in a great location with Casas do Porto. I think they will rent for as little as three nights. It was a lovely apartment and the service was excellent. I rented a two bedroom but think their smaller apartments might be in your budget.

I like the Hotel da Bolsa - www.hoteldabolsa.com. Rooms are €75-112 a night. It's near the Palacio del Bolsa, just uphill from the Ribeira. Another option a bit further away, not far from the São Bento Train station is the Moov Hotel Porto Centro - https://securept.e-gds.com/hoteismoov/. Double rooms are usually €49 a night. It's a modern hotel built in a remodeled old movie theater.

There is a wonderful B and B in Porto that is the BEST we have every stayed.
It will cost 95 Euros per night.

It is called the InPatio Guesthouse. It is located not far from the river in the city center. Has top ratings from TripAdvisor. The people there are wonderful, breakfast is extraordinary and the rooms are new, clean and spacious.
