Porto: Palacio da Bolsa (Stock Exchange Palace) Tickets (in August)?

Is Palacio da Bolsa closed this August (2023) or just sold out?
I have attempted to get tickets online directly from the Palacio da Bolsa website and through GetYourGuide. (I don't care what language; I just want a reserved time to enter.)

On the Palacio da Bolsa website (https://palaciodabolsa.com/en/intro/) the "buy a ticket" link returns a "can't find the server" message. However, if I go directly to the site it is trying to access (blueticket.pt) and search on "Palacio da Bolsa," a message says "We regret to inform that due to a special event Palácio da Bolsa will be closed for visits on 22 June from 3 pm, and all day from 27 to 30 June. From July, 1 to August, 31 it will also be closed."
If I try to get tickets on GetYourGuide nothing is available any day in July or August.

What is weird is that I don't see anything on https://palaciodabolsa.com/en/tourism/ that indicates that there are no tours in August.
Thanks!

For those who are curious, a reply to my own post!
I emailed the Palacio da Bolsa and received this response:

“Hello,

In response to your email, we hereby inform that due to the high number of visitors that we are experiencing in the months of July and August, the Palácio da Bolsa has suspended all its online tickets.

This means that, all visits are booked according to arrival and buying of the tickets.

We do not book via email or telephone.

Being so we cannot tell you in advance when a specific language will take place.”

That's how it was when I visited last October. You show up and buy a ticket for a scheduled time with availability and in your preferred language. When I walked past early in the mornings, there was a line. Later, I was able to walk right in to check availability, which displays on a big electronic board.

If you arrive and the upcoming English tours are full, they will start a new one for you at whatever available timeslot you choose. When I couldn't make any of the existing times, they started a new English time for me.

So the availability of tours in various languages is driven by who shows up that day.

The earlier you go to buy your ticket, the more selection you will have, until they fill up for the day.

Cathryn is correct, I did not arrive at the Stock market building until mid-day and all the English tour were full for the day. I was leaving the next day, so a bummer for me.
