Activity suggestions for Porto on a Sunday?

If places are closed, just walk around town or down by the river. My guess is almost whatever you’d do during the week you could do on a Sunday. Check the websites of indoors places you might want to visit to see if they are open Sundays.

I'm wondering if all restaurants are open in Porto on a Sunday?

Thank you all for the suggestions on a Sunday in Porto. We went with a couple and spent the day in Foz - an upscale neighborhood along the beach with a boardwalk, sandy beaches and granite outcroppings. Walked out to the two lighthouses, one which was built int he 1200s and watched the fishermen cast for octopus. The store and restaurants were open and we had a great lunch - tuna steak done just right (med. rare inside). Very few tourists - primarily Portuguese families enjoying the sunny day. It was a great way to decompress from our whirlwind trip with the RC group.
