Am travelling to Portugal shortly. Do Multibanco ATMs accept 5 digit PIN Numbers? Have read ATMs in Pirtugal only accept 4 digit PIN numbers.

When I got my card, the bank recommended changing the PIN to 4 digits if it was going to be used overseas. Hopefully you’ll be using your credit card most of the time.

We do use just four digit PIN numbers in Portugal.
Since you specified Multibanco machines, you likely already know to only use the machines with that name. The bright blue and yellow machines are not Multibanco and charge high fees.

I live in UK and travel to Europe often. I've never seen a 5 digit PIN!
