Upon our ARRIVAL Where can I purchase a Portugal only cell phone in the Lisbon airport?

After retrieving your luggage, pass through the sliding doors of the exit and turn right down the ramp. To your left, towards the exit where the Metro is, you will see "Vodafone" kiosk. You can't miss it, it has a large red sign.

Appreciate your reply. Thanks. We leave next Tues for 25 days of independent travel with a rental car. Looking forward to a wonderful trip. Must have a "local" phone just in case of an emergency with our rental car or running late and need to call our hotel to confirm we will be here but later than expected.
