Peneda-Geres National Park or Coimbra

We will be in Porto in late May for 3 days, then travelling to Lisbon - we have 4 nights planned between Porto & Lisbon. We were originally going to do 1 night in Douro Valley, 2 nights in Coimbra and 1 night in Evora. Wondering if it would be worth it to do 1 night in the Peneda-Geres National Park area and only 1 night in Coimbra instead?

We loved the national park. Found an awesome house rental in Soajo which is probably one of the bigger towns. Our only disappointment was that only one restaurant was open but the food was good.
