Pena Palace Park ONLY Ticket Access

I am planning to visit the Pena Palace on the 13th of March. I see the option to buy the Park ONLY ticket to the Palace for 10Euros. I am not interested in the interior rooms of the palace.
With this ticket can I go to these below exterior places - basically the terraces?
What all is covered with the park only ticket?

Thank You.

I have a different memory than the 1st responder. We were there in Sept 2025 and had the park only ticket. We were on many of the terraces like in the photo you've attached. We also didn't feel any great need to go into the palace.

Yes you can have access to all the outside terraces. You also have access to several attractions within Pena Palace grounds but are 10~30 minutes walk. We were there in Oct and bought only the park ticket -- we budgeted 2 hours, which was more than enough for the palace itself, but wish we had more time to explore those farther-flung attractions.

Thank You everyone for your responses. I reached out to the Pena Palace website and inquired. This is the response I received:

Please note that when you purchase a ticket for Pena Park only, this type of access allows you to visit:
• The entire area outside the Palace, including the terraces;
• The 85 hectares of the Pena Park forest;
• The Chalet of the Countess of Edla, Lake Valley and Bird Fountain, High Cross and other points of interest located within the Park;
