Opinion on Hotel in Baixa?

Spending 3 days in Lisbon with my 18 year old and would like to stay in a nice hotel but not one that caters to tour groups. Ideas?

I stayed at the Lisbon Tejo Hotel and would absolutely recommend it. It's in a great area, close to restaurants, shops and transit. The room was clean and comfortable and they served a fantastic breakfast which would suit just about any taste.

I stayed in one of the two Brown’s hotels in the centre of Baixa. I think it was Brown’s Downtown. The hotel was hip with cool design features and very friendly staff. Great room but TINY bathroom; good breakfast buffet in Brown’s cafe just half a block away (shared by both of their hotels).

Two minutes walk from the Baixa/Chiado metro station. The location could not be bettered and while the bathroom size could be awkward if you happen to be a bigger person, I thought it was an excellent hotel and I’d stay again.

The Hotel Santa Justa is very nice. The rooms are well appointed and bathrooms are great. The location is very good and staff is very welcoming and helpful. I would stay there again.
