Obidos, Fatima, Alobaca, Batahal and Tomar - Public Transport?

Hi all, I can't find much information on public transport between these cities, does anyone know if there are regular bus services between these cities? I'll be coming from Coimbra, and then going to Lisbon (part of a longer Spain and Portugal itinerary).

My current itinerary is:
Tour Coimbra
Coimbra day trip to Fatima
Coimbra to Lisbon
Tour Lisbon
Lisbon day trip to Obidos
Lisbon tour operator day trip to Alobaca, Batahal and Tomar.
Lisbon day trip to Evora
Sintra

It seems really weird and awkward for now, having to go back to Coimbra/Lisbon when the sites are relatively near to each other!
(1) Is there any public transport between Fatima and Obidos? If yes, I would leave Coimbra in the morning for Fatima, then head over to Obidos in the afternoon and overnight. Will that be feasible?
(2) What about buses between Alobaca, Batahal and Tomar?

Thanks a lot :)

I agree that it seems awkward.... Is there any reason you don't want to rent a car for your days in central Portugal? I will share that I rented a car last spring - picked it up in Coimbra, then spent a week in Sao Martinho do Porto. During the week, we visited Obidos, Alcobaca, Batalha by car. Fatima would have also been an easy visit, I think. The driving in central Portugal is very easy and renting the car was quite inexpensive. You could stay a couple of nights between Coimbra and Lisbon and drive to most of the places you mention.
I know there are tour operators that do day trips to Evora, but haven't done that one yet. Using a tour operator to visit Sintra is easy from Lisbon.

If you are set against renting a car, just google ' bus service' between the cities you want to visit.
